  • get 2 tables from Marc
  • Ice chest from Marc, cooler from Larry or Tom, or use rubber maid barrels too
  • get ice Sunday noon
  • get table & chairs from Bob
  • beer, wine
  • chips, etc.
  • put up tent
  • clean island and den - Friday
  • 2 lasagnas - done
  • hamburgers & hot dogs - done
  • condiments - relish, mustard, ketchup - done
  • Soft drinks - done
  • set up grill - Friday - done
  • cut grass - Friday - done
  • coffee maker - done
  • paper plates, cups, utensils - done
