jujinage - left foot fwd, uke behind you. Step back with left foot so you are facing uke at his side. Atemi to uke's face with your rt hand. You should be squatting with your spine erect. Your left hand grabs uke's left wrist and your rt hand grabs his rt wrist. Cross his arms and turn your hips to your rt. Straighten your arms and step thru, throwing jujinage.

koshinage - left foot fwd, uke behind you. Don't step back, just turn your hips back to load uke up. Your left arm goes behind uke's back.

ushiro kata tori headlock throw - from left hanmi with uke behind you, step back with left foot to your right rear. Your left arm grabs uke's left arm and pull him toward you. Kneel down on your left knee. Bring uke's head to your chest and your left hand goes behind uke's neck and then your right hand goes behiind his neck. Step back with your right knee and bring uke's head with you on your chest. This will throw him. You end up kneeling on both knees.
