Can be maid with three 9 volt batteries an two wire with alligator clips on each end.

Snap the three batteries together in series, attach one of each of the wires to the remaining battery snaps, attach ,999 pure silver to each of the of the remaining wire ends by means of the alligator clips.

Immerse the silver wires in a quart jar of distilled water making certain that the alligator clips do NOT touch the water, This is important.

Do not let the silver wires touch each other. It would short the current and no action would result. In about 2 hours you will have 5 - 10 PPM colloidal silver which is the optimum for the purpose.
