- Step fwd with rear foot; raise arms and pivot 180 degrees. Then lower arms.
- Start with left foot fwd, facing 12 o'clock. Rt foot comes fwd and accross to your left and is placed at 9 o'clock. Raise arms and pivot 180 degrees. Then lower arms.
- Tenkan on fwd leg, raise hands. Pivot 180 degrees, then lower arms.
- Start in right hanmi, facing 12 o'clock. Step to 6 o'clock with your rt foot, turning counter clockwise. Raise arms; pivot 180 degrees then lower arms.
