  1. Step fwd with rear foot; raise arms and pivot 180 degrees. Then lower arms.
  2. Start with left foot fwd, facing 12 o'clock. Rt foot comes fwd and accross to your left and is placed at 9 o'clock. Raise arms and pivot 180 degrees. Then lower arms.
  3. Tenkan on fwd leg, raise hands. Pivot 180 degrees, then lower arms.
  4. Start in right hanmi, facing 12 o'clock. Step to 6 o'clock with your rt foot, turning counter clockwise. Raise arms; pivot 180 degrees then lower arms.
