• katatetori menuchi taiotoshi - grab on top of of uke's wrists with your hands; if you grab underneath, you have to do jujinage. For both of these you can either grab uke's wrists or his elbows, same idea.
  • Omote - Free your left grabbed hand and atemi to uke's face. Grab both uke's wirsts over the top and then extend him in the direction you are facing. Step fwd and in close with right rear foot when you throw, getting uke with your hip and side of body.
  • Ura - starts the same. When you have control of uke's wrists, move your rt foot to your right side (uke's left side) and then tenkan on your right foot. You and uke are now facing the same direction. Slide fwd with your rt foot and throw.
